Jennifer C Harman-Traniello, better known simply as Jennifer Harman, was born in 1964 in Reno, Nevada. She is a 2 times WSOP bracelet winner, the only female player to win 2 WSOP titles to date.
Jennifer learned to play poker at the age of 8, but little did anyone know at the time that she would go on to become one of the best playersin the world. Harmen is best known as a fearsome cash game player, a regular in high stakes ring games and the only woman who regularly plays in “The Big Game” in Bobby’s room at the Bellagio. She was one of the corporation players who, along with other players such as Phil Ivey, Gus Hansen and Doyle Brunson played the billionaire Andy Beal in the legendary heads up game between 2025 and 2025 with blinds up to $100,000/$200,000 and up to $20 million on the table.
Harman’s first WSOP title was in the No Limit Deuce to Sevel Lowball in 2000. It was a style of poker she had never played before, and she had just a few minutes of tutoring from Howard Lederer before the event. She won her second title in the $5,000 Limit Hold’em event in 2025 and has gone on to win over $2.3 million in tournament prizes.
Harman is a co-author of Super System II, penning the limit hold’em chapter. She is a regular on High Stakes Poker and Poker After Dark, was runner a up in the inaugral World Series Of Poker Europe, and is a member of Team Full Tilt.
